Make an Offer

Once you have found the perfect home we will prepare the offer based on the price and terms you choose. We will provide you with enough market information so you are comfortable with your offer and knowing that you are making an informed decision.

Negotiation and Contract

We will work with you and negotiate with the seller to get you your dream home at the best price possible. In most cases the contract provides you with a timeline to obtain financing, as well as time to inspect the physical condition of the home. We will walk you through your rights and responsibilities related to the contract.

In Escrow

You and the seller have agreed to the price and terms. The home is effectively held for you until the closing.

Final Details

Perform due diligence. order an appraisal, conduct an inspection, perform a title search, and review the terms with your lender. The Closing

This is the transfer of the finds and ownership. A title company or an attorney typically acts as an independent third party to facilitate the closing.
